By shopping with Old Trends New Trends, you are agreeing to have read the following terms of service.

We are not affiliated with any of the brands we sell. Trademarks are owned by their respective owners and we are not sponsored or endorsed by any. 

We legally sell our items under the First Sale Doctrine. 

Shipping & Handling

All items ship free to anywhere in the USA, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. 

We will ship any item internationally for an additional fee. All items shipped internationally are subject to import duty/tax and the buyer is 100% responsible for those taxes. 

Please allow us 2 business days for us to ship your purchase. You will be emailed tracking information as soon as it becomes available. 

NO item will be shipped to any address other than the address on file. 

The majority of our shipments require a signature and the buyer is responsible for collecting the shipment. 

In the case that your item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, the buyer is responsible for submitting a claim with the carrier. Once the package leaves our hands, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver your item and we have no control over the shipment. 

Return & Refund Policy

All items are FINAL SALE. Returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be accepted or provided for any reason besides a mistake on our end.

In the case of a mistake on our end, please submit a return request immediately upon receiving the item, via email contact@oldtrendsnewtrends.com

Any return request can be denied at our discretion. 

All Old Trends New Trends tags MUST be intact and attached to the item to be returned and refunded. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Upon receiving your return request, we will notify you if your request has been approved or denied within 48 hours. If approved, we ask that you return your item within 2 business days. After having received your return and inspecting the item, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.  


All items shown, for sale, and sold are 100% authentic and professionally authenticated prior to being listed. 

A lifelong return policy is in effect for any item proven counterfeit. 


We cannot be held liable for any wear that may occur from use and cannot guarantee the longevity of your item as we are not the original manufacturer.
