Brand Disclaimer & Authenticity
Old Trends New Trends is an independent curator and is not affiliated with, or an authorized reseller of, the brands we feature. All items are sold under the First Sale Doctrine. While we provide a Lifetime Money-Back Guarantee regarding the authenticity of our pieces, our processes are conducted independently and are not endorsed or approved by the original manufacturers.

Shipping & Handling
Complimentary Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping to all U.S. addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Security & Insurance: To ensure the safety of your investment, all orders over $300 require a signature upon delivery and are fully insured.
Processing Time: Please allow two business days for our team to prepare and ship your order. Tracking information will be provided via email as soon as it becomes available.
Shipping Restrictions: For security and fraud prevention, we ship exclusively to the address provided on file at the time of purchase. All shipments are recorded for quality and security purposes.
International Orders: Global shipping is available for an additional fee. Please note that international buyers are 100% responsible for all import duties and taxes.
Carrier Liability: Once a package is in the possession of the carrier, delivery becomes their sole responsibility. In the event of loss, theft, or damage during transit, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the current tax rate for your shipping zip code. Currently, Old Trends New Trends is legally obligated to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Florida and New York.
Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the unique nature of vintage luxury, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges.
Seel Return Assurance: We have partnered with Seel to offer an optional return service for an additional fee at checkout. If you purchased Seel Return Assurance, you may process your return directly through seel.com.
Discretionary Returns: Returns or refunds are only considered in the event of a listing error. Should you believe a mistake has occurred, please email contact@oldtrendsnewtrends.com immediately upon receipt.
Conditions for Approval: To be eligible for a refund, the OTNT security tags must remain intact and attached. The item must be unused and in the exact condition in which it was received.
Timeline: We will review your request and notify you of approval or denial within 48 hours. If approved, the item must be shipped back to us within two business days.
Product Warranties & Condition
As we specialize in secondhand and vintage pieces, Old Trends New Trends cannot be held liable for wear that occurs through use. As we are not the original manufacturer, we cannot guarantee the longevity of vintage materials over time. Each piece is sold "as-is," with its unique history and character.
